In Case of an Emergency

If you have an emergency outside of our regular business hours, please call our regular number 780-594-5212  and you will automatically get transferred to our emergencies services line (Animal Health Link). There are registered veterinary technicians that will answer your call and triage your concerns to deem if a doctor should be contacted. 

Please be advised that a $300 After Hours Call Fee will be charged in addition to the $108 (+ tax) examination fee. After hours calls after 9:00pm will be charged a $400 emergency fee in addition to the exam charge. 

Payment will be required at the time of service.  If an animal needs to stay in clinic for additional procedures, a deposit may be required.
