Tammy grew upon a mixed farm on the edge of the Great Sand Hills of Southwestern Saskatchewan.  In 1994, she received her Animal Health Technology diploma from SIAST Kelsey Campus (now Saskatchewan Polytechnic) in Saskatoon. After working at a small animal practice for many years in Edmonton, she and her husband moved to Cold Lake to be closer to family. Tammy joined Cold Lake Veterinary Clinic a month after it opened back in 2011 and has been there to watch the clinic and its team grow and change over the years.
